Welcome to Manor Lodge

Manor Lodge is an ‘outstanding’-rated and purpose-built care home in Chelmsford, Essex that delivers permanent and respite nursing, residential and dementia care.

When a new resident joins us, we get to know them extremely well so that we can create care and lifestyle plans that are personalised to their needs, wishes and preferences. Our home has some fantastic facilities for residents to use whenever they wish, from a café to a cinema, a library to an activity room, a hair salon and a little shop.

We also have an in-house physiotherapy gym. Through a combination of nursing care and support from our physiotherapist, we have helped to transform many residents’ lives – enabling them to regain their mobility and independence. 

We are proud to be accredited with the Gold Standards Framework Care Homes Programme. This demonstrates our skill and commitment to delivering high quality, person-centred care to residents at the end of their life.

We pride ourselves on the transparency of our care quality and fee information - ensuring you can trust us to care from that very first step.
