Welcome to St Vincent’s House

St Vincent’s House is a modern, purpose-designed care home in Hammersmith, London, with a strong family atmosphere. Our experienced team provides personalised nursing and dementia care for older people. We also offer sensitive and supportive end of life care.

Residents’ rooms are bright and spacious, with en-suite facilities, phone and television connections plus a 24-hour nurse call system. We have beautiful facilities including a comfy cinema room, a vintage tea room café, as well as a sun lounge, activity room, library and hair salon. 

We’re also lucky to have a large garden space which residents help to keep looking good. The home and grounds are fully wheelchair accessible. 

We pride ourselves on the transparency of our care quality and fee information - ensuring you can trust us to care from that very first step.

Here are just some of the comments we’ve received from family, friends and residents at St Vincent's House care home.

My loved one actually has one to one care, someone comes in every day to look after her, she can’t do anything, so they care for her from 8am to 8pm every day. She is always spotlessly turned out, clean, hair and clothes are clean, she is looked after really well. When you go in, right from reception you are made to feel welcome... the staff are always happy. Even staff that don’t look after my loved one anymore still interact with her and my family. The staff know us all by name and the home call me if there is the slightest thing. My loved one is receiving the best care she could possibly get, they are just lovely.
