A closely-knit team of managers, carers, nurses and support colleagues – and each of us is dedicated to your loved one’s care, health and wellbeing.
I’m a trained nurse with a Diploma in General Nursing, Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health Nursing and Registered Manager award. Care UK is a reputable care provider with high standards of care, and I was keen to join after working as a Home Manager for another provider.
As a Home Manager, it’s important to be a strong leader who is caring and passionate about the wellbeing of residents. I’m the main link between residents, their relatives, care home colleagues and Care UK’s senior management. My favourite part of the day is my daily walk around where I get the chance to see residents and also observe colleagues as they carry out their day-to-day activities.
I’m proud to make a difference by supporting vulnerable older people and ensuring they receive good care at all times. When I’m not working, I enjoy watching football and playing music to relax.
